VoltVillage is being registered as a business entity. Chamber of Commerce (KVK) and VAT numbers will be published here as soon as registration is complete. Until then the service operates in test mode and no live payments are processed.

Card payments, wallet top-ups and memberships are processed by Stripe. VoltVillage does not store card details. Payouts to sellers are made to the bank account registered in the account settings.

VoltVillage is a marketplace and settlement platform. It is not an electricity supplier and does not operate a distribution network. Physical delivery of electricity remains subject to your grid operator and supply contract; trades on VoltVillage settle the financial value of the energy exchanged.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are willing to resolve disputes directly and ask you to contact us first.
